REVEREND MONSIGNOR PATRICK OBIKE CELEBRATES 40TH PRIESTHOOD ANNIVERSARY WITH PRAISE AND WORSHIP IN LONDON

The Very Reverend Monsignor Patrick Nnadi Uzoedo Obike recently celebrated his 40th Anniversary in the Lord’s vineyard as a Priest. The Event began with Holy Mass concelebrated by the Monsignor and the Nigerian Assistant Chaplain Reverend Father Innocent Ezeonyeaso.

In his sermon Reverend Father Innocent Ezeonyeaso thanked God for the life of his servant, Monsignor Patrick Obike and for using him to win souls.

The Anniversary celebration brought together Nigerians and their friends from all works of life in the UK and beyond to the Most Precious Blood and St Edmund’s Catholic Church, Edmonton, London.

The Event was organised by Circle 21 in collaboration with Isuikwuato/Okigwe League.  Among the important guests were Sir Pauly Abaleke who also chaired the occasion and supported by Sir and Lady Fabian Ukaegbu, (Chairman Isiukwuato/Okigwe League), Dr and Mrs Ikwueke, Nze Goddy Offormata, and Chief and Lolo Stephen Oguike.

Other dignitaries who attended the event were: Chief Dr Nick and Lolo Maureen Chikwe, Ichie Ugochukwu, Nze Sam Asoluka, Mr Tee Nzekwe, Sir Hilary Ukaigwe, Chief and Lolo Emeagi, Ezinna and Ezinne Longinus Iwu, Sir (Engr) and Lady Emma Onoka, Sir Robert and Lady Bridget Amadi, Chief (Dr) and Chief (Mrs) Eugene Okereke, Sir and Lady Hyacinth Ani

The Monsignor thanked the guests for coming and asked them to pray for him for the tasks ahead. He also gave the guests his Almanac and Personalised Exercise books as Souvenirs
