GOV. OKOROCHA RECOGNIZES 7 NEW TRADITIONAL RULERS

His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Imo state, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha has recognized and given Staff of Office to 7 new Eze’s for the newly created Autonomous Communities in the state which have passed through all requirements according to the law.

Eze Agunwa Samuel Ohiri (Eze Imo), Chairman Imo State Council of Traditional Rulers and Eze Chidubem Okoro, Deputy Chairman, Imo Council of Traditional Rulers led the Eze’s before His Excellency.

He advised them to be fair to everyone in their communities and to be Eze of the people not Eze of a few.

The traditional rulers are:

1. Chief Linus Ihebom, Eze of Umuihugba, Umuodu in Owerri Municipal.

  1. Chief Theophilus Uba, Eze of Umuoyima in Owerri Municipal.

  2. Prince Roland Clinton Uboegbulam, Eze of Umuororonjo in Owerri Municipal.

  3. Uche Austine Possible, Eze of Umuoyeche, in Owerri Municipal.

  4. Aloysius Igbojionu, Eze Umuezemazu Ideato North.

  5. Ogbonna Obioha Eze of Umuagu in Ideato North and

    7. Martins Aladi, Eze of Umuakoli in Ideato North.
