WE have continued to make sterling revelations on the nature of Igbo nay Nigerian politicians and political players, including followers in comparison of who is better, and who should be clapped for. Several writers and commentators have dutifully dwelt on running concrete reviews on the Nigerian Democracy, including subtle appraisals of development by these operators in their various Areas and States. And the most recent in the review included the beautiful piece of * Ambrose Nwaogwuogwu * wherein he dwelt on only GOVERNOR WILLIE OBIANO AND GOVERNOR ROCHAS OKOROCHA. And these are all healthy, necessary for our optimal growth and development and political direction. 

The stories of Governors, Gov Willie Maduabuchukwu Obiano and, Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha capture the truest scenario and pictures.

First, Governor Obiano is excellently educated with positive and verifiable academic records, history, including known classmates @ all levels. Governor Rochas Okorocha has dubious, doubtful academic credentials without any known classmate anywhere.

Second, Governor Obiano has examplary records in public service, having got to the peak of his Banking Career with the Fidelity Bank Plc. And he rode on this record to become a Governor without criminal and dishonest records, including notorious Bank indebtedness and near bankruptcy. Governor Rochas Okorocha has no evidence of any career in public service except dubious stories of becoming a Billionaire through : (a) assembling mad people all over Nigeria as a business.

(b) floating the Rochas Foundation through which he secures and secured largest donations through the Ford, Arthur and other known Foundations and Trusts globally, which funds and donations were diverted into politics, outside the objects and purposes .And thereafter, he dubiously engaged into Real Estate and Serial Presidential contests through the foreign donations becoming near bankrupt and insolvent with Banks confiscating over 95% of his estates all over Nigeria which bad loans and indebtedness were paid through the diverted / converted revenues of Imo State in dutiful criminal connivance with Deacon Chike Okafor and the Zenith Bank Plc. 

Third, governance is based on global best practices in due process, budgeting, independence of the Organs of Government, rule of law, transparency and financial probity. The Government of Anambra State under Governor Obiano satisfies the indices as enumerated unlike the Government of Imo State under Governor Okorocha where criminality and dishonesty are the hallmark of the administration.

Fourth, yet again, development is verifiable and measurable in terms of direct and indirect benefits to the greatest majority, including generational projects. Here, Obiano towers beyond Okorocha in verifiable and measurable development in all areas.

Fifth, government is a continuum. This suggests that succeeding administrations must leverage on the good policies of the previous administration (s), especially in utmost consideration of limited and scarce resources. This is very elementary economic idea. The Anambra State of Obiano has continued to leverage on the giant strides and policies of Sir Peter Obi to the advantages and overall happiness and prosperity of the State. But in Imo State, governance is based on the whims and caprice of the Emperor Governor, @ Rochas Okorocha. And the visionary policies of, @ IKEDI OHAKIM especially in Urban Renewal and Job Creations and strong Public Institutions and Infrastructure, were ignobly desecrated and destroyed. And the State is in economic stagnation and political ruination since 2011 under Governor Rochas Okorocha. 

Sixth, Obiano won his election clearly, without criminal manipulations because he’s truthfully celebrated, but Okorocha brags, even on recorded messages, that he bought his election, and therefore owes nobody in Imo State explanations on how he runs his personal estate called Imo State. 

Seventh, Obiano is a celebrated Technocrat with global reach and pedigree while Okorocha is a rabble – rousser sick and tormented on the microphone without decency and discipline. 

And conclusively, Obiano is a good testimony of quality leadership acquired through genuinely positive process unlike the near – illiterate Okorocha who’s so desperate for fame and power without the corresponding training and background and foundation in leadership and followership. 

Flowing from these analysis therefore, it’s suicidal to attempt any healthy comparison between Governor Willie Obiano and Governor Rochas Okorocha. 

Rochas Okorocha represents the regrettably unfortunate bunch of * power – miss – road * whose rise unto public knowledge isn’t founded on any positive, definite, verifiable and measurable history and foundation. And Governor Rochas Okorocha remains a despicable example in leadership and governance from the facts and evidence adduced here.

LET TRUTH PREVAIL ALWAYS!!!!!
