PRESS RELEASE FOR A TWO-DAY INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP 2022

We are pleased to announce details of forthcoming ticketed Two-day International Conference on Women in Leadership with the Theme: Empowering Women and Girl Child through Gender Equality, Entrepreneurship, Education and Mentoring, scheduled to take place on 10th and 11th March 2022 in London at Church House Conference Centre, Westminster Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3AZ.

This year’s event is expected to feature a selected line up of distinguished speakers, facilitators and panellists from diverse businesses and organisations across the Globe. It will bring together over 1000 registered participants via in person, virtual and hybrid including representatives of governments, the private sector, third sector organisations, charities, to discuss on ways to explore the full potentials of development of the Global women in leadership, Entrepreneurship, Women Empowerment, Mentoring, and Economic growth.

This must attend conference will focus on how individual experiences and stories can fuel collective action, inspire, and positively challenge the girl child, the woman entrepreneur and those women in senior positions in government and private sectors to fulfil their destiny and God-gifted talents. Participants will learn through story salons, panels, workshops, and keynotes. Women movers, shakers and captains of industry bring their talents, ideas, and stories together from across the globe; to motivate and inspire other women to turn dreams into actionable goals as women leaders of the 21st century.

The conference objectives are to: 

  • addresses women’s leadership and change, with special focus on women’s empowerment, gender equality, female leadership and entrepreneurship. The conference will bring together women to share good practices, ideas, hopes, aspirations, and experiences; and to mentor, educate, empower, inspire and motivate one another to raise the voices of women and girls to become effective leaders at all levels of the decision-making processes in all spheres of life.
  • Encourage women to identify possibilities, capitalise on opportunities and be the best they can to achieve real and lasting success in their chosen careers.

 

  • To educate, empower, inspire and motivate women and girls to become effective leaders and influential players in business, politics, society, environment, science, technology and all spheres of life.

 

  • To equip women and girls with the necessary leadership skills, knowledge and information required to help realise the aspirations of the United Nations Global for Sustainable Development, as well as those of the African Union’s Agenda 2063, and other continental, regional and national initiatives aimed at the achievement of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment.

 

  • The conference will offer hands-on advice and coaching on how to further develop women’s career in times of change. Participants will hear from inspirational women of all grades and levels across the Globe through collaborative approaches, networks and partnerships and will be held over two full days of active plenary sessions and networking in a most convivial atmosphere and settings and the second day will be rounded up with an Award Recognition Ceremony as well as Dance, Entertainment, and comedy.
